What is Wildlife Biology?


Wildlife Biology is an approach to the study of wild animals and their habitats. Wildlife Biologists would study about the relationship between animals and their habitats.


What is the job of a Wildlife Biologist?


Wildlife Biologists work to protect endangered species and other's work to reduce the populations of over-abundant species of fish and wildlife. Wildlife Biologists work with animals, their habitats and people. They research, manage wildlife and their habitats, public relations, wildlife education, and law enforcement.

What is different between Zoology, Ecology, and Wildlife Biology?


Wildlife Biology is studying the wild animals their habitats.
Zoology is the study of animals and is a discipline within the field of biology (study of life), which includes studying multiple aspects and involoves the whole organism.
Ecology is the study of how different interact with one another and the physical environment.



What a Wildlife Biologist might do in a typical day at work:


A Wildlife Biologist might experiment with live animals in contolled or natural areas, and some thers might dissect animal to find their structure inside. They might even collect and analyze data to determine the current uses of the land and water area.
